In some ways similar to last year’s The Imposter, this documentary on former radical leftist Brandon Darby is a portrait of a chameleon whose true nature and intentions cannot possibly be known. There’s already a regarded Darby expose — Better This World — but director Jamie Meltzer’s adds new layers of intrigue by simply pointing his camera directly at Darby and letting him do most of the talking.
